I personally am fairly new to Yt and love it, made one thread when I was first on here..have not since..I do make comments, at times I do not bother, depending on the topic. I feel lost many times, not being anyone's fault. I do not know how to bump, nor do avatar's, I just learned how to do the quote. I am still a little shy using some of the smilies...some people have it down so good it almost looks like it is there signature...or maybe it is..
I have read this whole thread, and gee it is not easy when new to remember everyone...I am trying and love this YT. Lots of great people..when I do make a new thread, I will sit and ponder of how I can make my thread jump out and say please read me...

I know just how you feel. I was here for quite a while before I learned how to quote and only learned to double quote in the last week or so. Use those smilies! You can't use them wrong even if you try- they're just there to amuse you. I felt completely lost when I first joined. At first I felt like it would be impossible to learn who anyone was but trust me, you don't even have to try, you just eventually start knowing people. We have all, every single one of us, been there. It's a huge forum and can be overwhelming. Just read and post and have fun. I promise it all falls into place. To bump a thread, you just respond to it saying-bump. It pushes the thread back to the top and keeps it from being buried. There are so many people here that help others make avatars. I would be happy to make one for you. I can only do single pictures but if you send a picture to me I would be more than happy to make it an avatar. Others do the multiple pictures (like mine) and I bet if you wanted that someone would offer to do it.

LOL, I ramble right? I guess my point to you and anyone else who feels sort of lost is if you hang around, you'll eventually feel right at home. If you are confused about anything, just ask. We do silly things like adding funny things to our signatures or coming up with silly phrases but it is not to exclude anyone- it's just for fun and EVERY SINGLE member is in on it- or is welcome to be. Just ask anything and you will get an answer.
