If I remember right from your other posts, I think you've only had him about 3 weeks right? I'm not sure why he's so shy, but sounds like he's still adjusting. I'm guessing you'll need to give him a couple of months to feel comfortable. I wish I could tell you something more positive but he just seems shy. Give him time and space and tons of love and I'm sure he'll come around.

Maybe get him some yorkie yummies from Chattiesmom (they are tiny) and leave a little trail every once in awhile from his comfort zone to where you are sitting and see if he'll wander out for some loves.
