Yep! Every time he's had a bath, taken a drink, eaten anything, come in from outside, or just feels like it.
The hoodie is probably a good guess...Gizmo likes hats and hoodies BUT...no BOWS!! LOL!
Has he had the zoomies yet? Where he runs around and around at top speed like a rabbit on crack? Then you'll REALLY think he's lost his mind, but it's very normal yorkie behavior!
