Welcome! Bailey is an adorable name for a precious puppy. As to the age question, I got my Maltese at 7 weeks old and my Yorkie at 14 weeks old and it really made a difference in how they trained and how they act. With the exception of potty training my Yorkie has been much easier to train. But whatever you decide, good luck and have fun with the new puppy!
