Just watch for areas that are getting brown before other areas, and wrap those areas with foil that has the spice/ oil mixture brushed on the side that will be touching the turkey. Turkey is done when the thermometer reaches 190*F. Remove from the oven and allow it to set AT LEAST 15 minutes, undisturbed, before carving.

*I prefer not to stuff my turkey, because you have to cook it longer and the breast can get more dry. Plus, you just can't fit all the stuffing inside. So I cook my stuffing in the crock pot.
thanks, it does sounds good + easy but where do I find the poultry seasoning ?
is it just online thru their website?
