iheartyorkies! I just keep cotton balls by the sink, run the water, and then just keep wiping them out. As to the eye hairs, I know what you mean. But my vet said to let them grow, as when they are short, can cause eye problems. So, it took awhile, but now I just brush them down and it works well. Also, no fighting and no chance of accidently cutting her by the eye. Good Luck! Pat
