If the point of the tie down is to keep her confined so she doesn't go off to some discreet area and potty, i would just use an x-pen or playpen instead. I think the tie down would be scary and might hurt her little neck if she decides to pull. I couldn't stand seeing my little guy tied fast, i could barely stand it when they used to do it to my horses. |
