Oh, Susan, I am so happy to hear that! I was sad that it wasn't going to work out with my mom, but if you found someone locally or at least closer, that's sooooo great!
It sounds like Ms. Penny now has a loving home! I'm sure it's hard on you, but you'll be okay...just always remember that Penny will be loved
