If you are really concerned, have a vet take a look, but I think they look normal. Just different types of teeth. The root doesn't really have to "come out". The way I understand it, baby teeth don't have much of a root anymore by the time they come out.
Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but I think all is well. Does he appear to be upset or in pain at all? If not, then I wouldn't worry about it.
