Sarge has a few small mats (probably from the 2 golden retrievers showering him in spit. lol.
). There are maybe 5 through out, all smaller than the top of a pencil eraser. What is the best way to get them out? Should I just bathe him and soak him with detangler and try to brush/comb them out? Or, as they are very small, should i trim them out? I really want to let his hair grow long, but he still has this awkward puppy coat.
Any advice?
