Yuck! You handled it very calmly ~ I would have gone nuts! I seriously despise Olive Garden. We've been to Olive Garden 3 times (a different one each time) and have always had bad service. First time, the food was cold. Second time, the waiter took it upon himself to give himself a tip and charged an extra $10 to the bill (my boyfriend was willing to let it go, until I got mad at him myself
). Third time, we waited TWO hours for our food.
