They do make wipes for them that you can use if she is stinky....
I can't imagine my dog going 3 months without bathing. Yuck... Every yorkie I've ever been around gets pretty dirty looking after only two weeks without a bath. I had a friend who hadn't bathed her yorkie in three months and he was discusting. He stunk so bad and was just gross.
