I wouldn't say it's big dog/small dog differences. More so that every dog is an individual and what works for one dog may not work for another (same with each person). Some dogs can eat beef, some can't; some can eat chicken, some can't; etc. Sometimes it's a little trial and error figuring out what works best for our dog
