Some dogs can't handle beef very well. I'm thinking it just didn't sit right with her, especially since she vomited so fast. There wasn't any time for bacteria in the raw to make her sick. I'd take the beef back and try chicken at first. It's supposed to be the easiest meat to start them off with - then once they are doing well with that, you can add "richer" meats.

another problem could have been that she ate it too fast. I know a lot of dogs gobble their raw very quickly, especially at first. If she ate it too fast, that might have made her throw up. That can happen when any type of food is gobbled too fast

I'm sure she'll be fine
