I'm sure some Yorkies can be taught where to potty by ringing a bell....I've personally never heard of it but it could be possible. I potty trained my dogs by blocking them off in a small area of the house while I was away. I put their food, water and toys on 1 side and the wee wee pad on the other side. My maltese was trained in 3 weeks! Some people use the crate training method and say it's very effective. I just would NOT allow anyone to do something to my dog that made ME personally feel uncomfortable because I bet if YOU don't like it, your dog doesn't either. And it sounds like she needs a lot of love right now, poor little munchkin.
