Cozmo does that to Deiter also. And they are both males. I don't know why. I thought that I was the only dogs that did that. At least yours are male and females.
I don't know why he does this. But it never fails when we go out to go potty, if I don't keep Cozmo on the other side of me while Deiter is potting then he will pee on him.
