Again i'm so sorry for your loss.
i'm glad animal control is helping you and that you have an attorney friend. Those people should pay for everything, and then some for pain and suffering on yours, bella's, and sissy's part. No animal should ever have to go through what your poor dogs went thru. precious is not a safe animal and i would be terrified to ever let my dog out in the yard again without watching her like a hawk.
