I would ask the vet, there are a lot of human meds that dogs shouldn't have..I actually just got a paper from the vets the other day on what you can and can't give them..I know, they can have baby aspirin, benadryl(you do it by their weight and mg)like 1 mg of benadryl per pound of body weight..and never peptobismol, use kaopectate instead..it's much safer..
