You can take a thick man's tube sock and fill it with rice, then tie a knot in the top to keep the rice in then and heat it in the microwave for a few minutes. It will last an hour or two under covers. Hope this helps! Or you might try beans or field corn, I think they stay warm longer. How is little Lana doing? We are still going through withdrawal here...
