I love my Dyson, too! I have had this one for 2 years. I have 4 kids and 1 dog, it gets lots of use. I love that it is bagless, I just empty it right into the trash when I am done. I also like that it can go from carpet to hardwood, with the push of a button.

I always by my vacuums at Costco, where I can return them. If I don't like it once I get it home or they don't hold up...they go back.
