Tell that to someone who swapped their dog over and ended up at the emergency vet w/ a dehydrated, near death pooch.

It's not always a "natural reaction" sometimes it is an allergic reaction or the dogs inability to handle 'holistic, natural' foods. Not at all something to just shrug off.
In addition, the "ratings" on that site don't really amount to much...they are the personal opinions of the people who run the site. It's no more valuable than your opinion or mine.
Bottom line is, no dog food is made of a quality food that any of us would ever think about eating. Even the 'highest' quality ingredients are still very poor.
