Of course, if anyone went this route, they'd be contributing to the problem so many complain about and that so manny unethical breeders practice....why encourage it and add to the problem?
IMO, if you don't have the papers proving that the dog was ever reg w/ AKC...what is the point of having them reg with another registry...?
