I get a copy of the bitches pedigree (normally i get a copy sent to my by email) but I want to make sure it is a true AKC certified copy, testing and shot records. If I approve the bitch, then I will set up another meeting for the stud and advise the fee must be paid at this time. Also, I must add, I need to make sure this person is breeding for the right reason and doing it correctly to the standars set by the YTCA and AKC. Lastly to go over the contract and make sure they will go on a spay/neuter contract.
