Did you try reading in their discussion boards on e-bay?.....When you log on to E-bay on the top is a "Community " tab, in the drop down menu go to "Workshops & Community" there a lot of sub groups to look around in for advice...There's even a group down near the bottom of the page titled "Building an E-bay Business"...
