Anyone have any good tips on getting a fire going in the fireplace? We just had some wood delivered (all oak, should be dry), and we can't seem to get a fire going no matter what!

We started with small pieces and newspaper, and then added small logs after it got going, but we can't get the flames, we just get smoldering logs, and they don't burn all the way. We've tried it twice-I've never had this problem before!!!!

Any advice?
