yup that sounds a little like me except i don't break things. But i do do, say things i regret later depending on who im mad at. If it's my bf i do things i might regret later, if it's like my mom or family member i just sit alone somewhere and prob. pout and let time pass cause they are family and i know they always mean well. But if it's my bf im mad at oh gosh i get out of control I think i might need to go to those classes cause they sound like they worked!
