The best yogurt to give them is Stonyfield Organic Low-Fat Plain Yogurt. It has the most live active cultures of any yogurt and is very good for their digestion as long as you don't give too much. You might have to look for it at your grocery, it usually is not with the regular yogurt. Sometimes it is with the fruits and vegatables or in a separate health section.
I agree, and this is what I do also. I give mine 1 tsp. every other day and sometimes put a little fresh berries in it. Jake doesn't care for yogurt much, but Jackson loves it.
