The best yogurt to give them is Stonyfield Organic Low-Fat Plain Yogurt. It has the most live active cultures of any yogurt and is very good for their digestion as long as you don't give too much. You might have to look for it at your grocery, it usually is not with the regular yogurt. Sometimes it is with the fruits and vegatables or in a separate health section.
Sorry, meant to say plain, low fat/no fat..Sorry, have had a lot on my mind!! but, only a teaspoon..I also give my the low fat cottage cheese occasionally(about a teaspoon)..
