As long as Roxi is less than 6 months of age (from what I understand) her ears (A) may still come back up on their own, or (B) if you want to be sure they come up, you can tape them up. The second picture you posted her ears look pretty "heavy" with her hair. If you buzz the hair short on about the top 1/3 of her ears, the less weight will either help them to come back up or make it easier for you to tape them up. There area a few websites that show how to tape them...if I new how to insert a link, i would. But if you just do a web search on "taping yorkies ears" you'll probably come up with something. Good luck with whatever you decide. When I got my first yorkie, I didn't know any better about their ears, so his flop a little. My girl Lexie's ears are standing upright...I helped them along with the tape trick.
BTW...I like her sweater in the second picture
