Correct...no such thing. If you ever run across someone claiming otherwise, that should be a clear red flag.

As far as size, as someone pointed out, any Yorkie 7 lbs and under is considered within the standard. Generally, health issues come from irresponsible breeding. Breeders who are diliberately trying to produce the really small dogs are typically not concerened with the overall welfare of the dogs, so naturally wouldn't care if they are passing genetic defects and illness on...they kind of go hand in hand. Those who care about the health and well being of the dogs will generally put more emphasis on the dogs' overall well being...both health AND standard.
There are lots of little ones who are fine health wise. However, regardless of how healthy they are, they ARE still more prone to injury because of their size. Now, don't tell them that, cause they might get their feelings hurt and try to prove you wrong by romping with the bigger dogs.
