Kennel cough can easily turn into pneumonia, especially in a young pup. Definitely call your vet and let him know your pup isn't any better. And don't let them give ANY shots until he is completely well.

You also might want to begin checking ingredients in his food. It could also be allergies contributing to it. Especially be on the lookout for corn additives as many Yorkies are prone to this allergy.
