YES SCAM TO THE MAX!!!!!!!! A good friend took the leap of faith & was very disappointed. We have now hepled her adopt a furbaby because she TRUSTED this site. She is an older person and did not think to ask anyone she just wanted a smalll dog and it was what she could afford.
She now has a very nice older yorkie that will keep her spirits up.
