But I am kind of irritated. The cats have been living at our old house. For DAYS I've been asking my parents if I could go visit them - because we were planning on dropping them off at a shelter on Saturday. They kept saying "It's too late tonight. Maybe tomorrow." "I'm tired. We'll see later." and we had actually planned for me to go see them on Friday. I know I should be happy that they got a home - and I am - but I'm just really frustrated with my parents.

That's awesome! Well, the home part of it. I can see how you'd be disappointed. But, hey, if it's your dad's cousin, won't you be able to see them from time to time?

Even if not, at least you got all your pets good homes. You guys should be proud of yourselves.
