These are available at
www.tinkerbellscloset.com. I use the fleece jogger when it's not real cold, and I put the parka on over it on the especially cold days. I wouldn't call them "waterproof," but the fleece stays warm when wet and the parka is at least water resistant.
And my disclosure: My boys model for TC from time to time.
