That is early for a puppy to leave, especially a small one..much harder on them...I have one that went to a friend at that age, as we had one that was needing so much of our time. But she lived around the corner from us, and came over with her all the time for afternoon plays with mom. I was able to see that puppy every day to see things were ok..if she was not over with me, I would ride my bike over for a few minutes to check...Other then that 12-13 weeks is early enough...
Amazing how many breeder let there puppies go that early tho!!!!!
