I would be very aggravated too....in fact, I am just reading this!

I would just tell her that she can plan it from now on, but this years is alreayd planned and you went through all the work to get it planned, so tough! Tell her that you hope she will enjoy it because you will just enjoy spending time with her and the other friends....no matter where or when it is.
