Mojo gets a stinky face every now and then too. We keep his hair long and his eyes do get watery and gunky sometimes. I used baby shampoo and wash his face good and use a small flea comb as well!
I have some tiny trimmers for the feet, ears, around eyes, etc...they work great for this area!
