i'D LIKE #1 BUT dont know what size Maddie would need?

any suggestions neck is around 71/2 - 8 girth 10 1/2 and length 10 1/2 - 11

Maddie 4 - 4 1/2 lbs right around there. she use to be 3 1/2 lbs but when she got back home, she'd gained a whole pound from eating table food. (which is a no no at my house) but Lewis thought it was ok.
