I've known a lady named Ivy, and a guy named Ivy(short for Ivan), it's not an ugly name..but, sometimes we name them, and then when they get to you, you pick out a completely different name..Heck, I waited 2 days I think, to name ginger..I liked her original name of Juliet, but, my hubby said, I think it should be Ginger, so, Ginger it was..although I do call her gin, quite a lot..
