How frustrating! You could def. add ML, it is a nice supplement - but it's most important to first find a food that they will eat - and I promise you there IS one!
First, does she want to use a kibble, a canned (or combo), or home cook?
Assuming a kibble, I'd be curious to know what she's tried. I'd recommend a good, premium kibble - Canidae, Orijen (LOVE this one, but can be hard to find), Innova, Evangers, Natures Variety, Wellness. Has she tried those? Or, is she mostly trying foods from Petsmart and the like?
