I took Niko in for a cut yesterday evening and she about shaved him bald!!!
I told her I wanted a puppy cut, as I prefer to keep his hair short. I didn't want her to take too much off the face, and she didn't. But, the body...omgosh...my poor baby! I feel so bad! Where all his beautiful black hair was is now almost bald.
I specifically asked if she was experienced with Yorkies when I called and she reassured me she was.
When I went to pick him up she told me that she had never seen a Yorkie with hair like mine.
She said the hair shaft comes out a lil then twists...so she had to cut it shorter than she expected...
She should have called me first! She said she used a 5 blade on him? and would use a 3 or 3.5 next time...as if there would be a next time. I was just in shock...I couldn't say anything.
Now when I take my precious lil baby on vacation next week he's going with a bad haircut!! Everytime I look at him I just want to cry!
