Oh...gotcha!
I know that some breeders have questionaires that they have filled out, first and certain requirements for the prospective new homes. (No children, no big dogs, must not be gone away during the day, etc) I've never had to advertise in a mag or paper as I've had a waiting list to fill... It's really kind of tricky since they are someone else's...I would hate to think that you did something the breeder wasn't happy with and he blamed you when he got back.
I would try to see if you can compile a list of specific questions and ask him (or his mom) for some more direction.
