Most 4 week olds will cry if they are not fed. Mom's milk is so rich, it does not take buckets to keep them happy and well fed..they would eat from a dish like they were hungry if they were..you may have to keep mom away for a few hours and let them get a bit hungry...you can feed them baby food meat off your finger if you are concerned they are not getting enough..best wishes
