Chuy had a spot like that on his rump, just above his tail. The vet said it was a spot he had rubbed raw after a flea bit him. Chuy's allergic to fleas, and they make a rash all over his body. We have to be careful not to let him get fleas, and if he does, we wash and wash, then put Malaseb on him to stop the itching, or else we get nasty raw spots. I hope your baby gets better. OT...Amy, I see you are from Palatka. Is that close to Interlachen (sp?) or there abouts? Hubby and I went down that way for a funeral a couple years ago when his best friend was murdered. I just found a copy of a newspaper from Palatka. Sorry for the rambling.
