I had the same situation! Im 18 as well and always wanted a puppy, but i was too scared to bring it up, so i slowly did and did the whole "ill pay for everything" part. my dad is also alergic and has asthma. but i came up with a whole list of points and it worked! i went to visit the breeder the next day and now i have my baby! just make sure when u are talking to them that u have all of your information and can answer their questions! good luck with it! |
