hm... well when i first got Oliver when he was a puppy (therefore, smaller than he is now) his belly would rub on the grass and i noticed like three little brown crusty spots that looked like but if not then they are probably little bug bites from bugs in the grass or something. thpimples on his tummy. But he didnt have any on his back. Once he grew up a little bit and his belly no longer rubbed on the grass they went away. So maybe they are just like little bug bites or something? That would be my guess, but it could be a reaction to the medication you are giving her, did you talk to the vet about the spots?
