The decision was not mine at all, and believe me I was furious. Our new landlords would not allow dogs, and my parents would not let us stay living in our province because of our dog. He was given to people we trust obviously, so it's not like we just gave him up because we couldn't deal with it, there was no other option to the situation

but I do understand what you're saying, and I completely agree
