if you don't mind heading to oakville i got my yorkie from a breeder there. chloe is my first dog and she turned out really good too. very socialized and super easy to train. the breeder's name is Loretta and its called Oz Yorkshire Terriers (look on the dogs in canada website under breeders, her contact information is listed there)
i dont know what your price range is but i paid $2000 for chloe
