She is definately "piddling" out of excitement... Meka use to do this all the time. Whether it was myself, hubby or strangers. I was told that when you get home or whatever, your not suppose to give them attention until they are able to calm down. For example, in the morning I say good morning to Meka (of course she's jumping off the walls) but, tell her to sit while I make my coffee and usually when Im done... she's calm enough to let out of her room... Just remember to be consistant and patient
