I have a question.

On the back of paper application it says you don't have to pay a supplemental transfer fee if you register online. and i called the akc and they said if i register online i wouldn't need it.

but i keep getting different stories. and i only have money for the registeration and the silver package= 39.00

do i HAVE to do the supplemental thing? they said that i would still be able to register him and get his papers in 2-3 weeks.
but im so confused and i have a HUGE headache.
